TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prior to submitting your application, kindly review the following terms and conditions carefully:

• Rules and Regulations: All candidates enrolled in Eskills are obligated to comply with the institution's rules and regulations. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary measures, including dismissal from the program.
• Course Completion and Certification: Certification eligibility requires a minimum overall score of 90%, distributed as follows:
  • Engagement with LMS video content: 50%
  • Weekly Tests: 25%
  • Final Exam: 25%

  There is no tuition fee, but a minimal registration charge of 2500 PKR is required to secure your seat in this batch. This charge grants lifetime access to course materials and updates. Please note that this registration charge is non-refundable once paid.

• Training Duration and Termination: The management of Eskills reserves the right to terminate any candidate's participation at its discretion without obligation to provide justification.
• Accuracy of Information: All information submitted must be accurate and complete. Discovery of any discrepancies or falsehoods at any point will result in immediate cancellation of the application.
• Selection and Rejection: Candidate selection is based on qualifications and on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Management Decisions: All decisions regarding training, posting, or termination made by Eskills management are final and binding.
• Stipend: No stipend will be provided during the training period.
• Assessment Requirements: Candidates must successfully pass 90% of weekly tests and final examinations within each evaluation period to maintain satisfactory progress.
• Privacy and Data Protection: Eskills is committed to safeguarding personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Information collected during application and training will be handled with strict confidentiality.
• Amendments to Terms & Conditions: Eskills reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. Applicants and students are responsible for remaining informed of any updates.
